Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) in its unworn/original condition along with the original invoice within 14 days of receiving the package. Call us at 918-899-8227 or email us at CustomerService@coopnque.com to process the return for a refund and/or exchange.

Coop & Que. will not accept any returned merchandise without prior communication and will only accept merchandise(s) bought at www.coopnque.com.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipment and shipping fees. Return shipping is non-refundable. 
Any merchandise(s) that is damaged and not in its unworn/original condition will not be acceptable.
Due to transit, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for the refund to be issued to its original form of payment.
