Shipping Policy

• Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

***Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays***        

• Once your order has been submitted, an order confirmation with the order details will be sent to your email.
•  A shipment notification with the tracking information will follow once your package has left our facilities. 
• Delivery generally occurs within 5-7 business days after the ship date.

***We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.***

•  Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.
• We cannot change or cancel any order once it’s been shipped. 
• We will only ship to the address provided at checkout and orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may cause the order to be delayed and/or cancelled.

International Shipping/APO, FPO, DPO Shipping/P.O. Box Shipping

• Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally and we cannot ship to APO, FPO, DPO addresses, or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping is nonrefundable, we do not offer signature confirmation, and we are not responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged shipments.
